Job Summary
Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations and leading a team of retail sales consultants. responsibilities include merchandising and product launches, driving sales objectives, delivering an exceptional customer experience, conducting outreach and on-site/off-site events, and providing leadership training to develop the team. Requires strong communication, leadership, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of wireless/telecom concepts. Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $42,800 to $64,200 plus commissions, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
