Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in managing the retail facility and supervising store associates by acting as the primary leader during their absence. Open and close the store, perform daily check-ups, make bank deposits, and maintain the interior and exterior image. Assist in training new associates, preparing store reports, and reviewing timecard exceptions to approve payroll. Monitor safety and security issues, report incidents promptly, and implement shrinkage control measures. Resolve personnel and customer problems while ensuring compliance with company policies and home office goals.
