Assistant Manager - Store 594

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, handling inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked. Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions while helping hire, train, and lead a high-performing team. Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off and maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials. You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
