Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and acting as manager when the Store Manager is off. Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked, while maintaining a clean environment including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials. Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel. You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, holding a valid driver's license and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
