Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members to upsell products, and stepping in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked while maintaining a clean environment, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel. This role requires open availability to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification. Weekly pay and monthly bonus potential are available, along with 401(k) and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
