Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and acting as manager when the Store Manager is off. Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked, while maintaining cleanliness across restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage, perform daily cash handling and deposits, and oversee store financials. Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel. This role requires open availability for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, with a starting pay of $14.00. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a Food Safety Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts
- Reliable transportation: valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Physical readiness for tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Proficiency in English with basic math skills
- Food Safety Certification (must have or be able to obtain)
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Willingness to undergo drug screening
