Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running registers, coaching team members on upselling, and acting as manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked, while maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. You must be available for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, with open availability required. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and Food Safety Certification are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
