Assistant Manager - Store 3871

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and acting as manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked while maintaining cleanliness across restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. Handle hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team focused on customer service. Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts is required. Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance are necessary for bank deposits. Candidates must be 21+ years old, have basic math skills, and hold or obtain a Food Safety Certification. Sign-on bonus of $2000 available with weekly pay and 401(k) starting Day 1.
