Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and stepping in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked while maintaining a clean environment, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. Provide leadership and feedback to motivate the team to excel. This full-time role requires open availability for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, with a pay rate of $14.00/hour. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, possess a personal vehicle for deposits, and obtain Food Safety Certification.
Required Qualifications
