Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members to upsell products, and stepping in as acting manager when needed. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked while maintaining a clean environment across restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. Candidates must have open availability for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance are required for bank deposits. Minimum age is 21, and a Food Safety Certification is mandatory. Weekly pay, monthly bonus potential, and a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months are available.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
