Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and stepping in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked while maintaining a clean environment including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage and oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and store financials. You must be available for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, with open availability required. This role offers weekly pay, monthly bonus potential, and a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, possess a Food Safety Certification, and be willing to complete Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Willing to Learn: Especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager Training is required.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
