Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including running the register, coaching team members on upselling, and stepping in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off. Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked while maintaining cleanliness across restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage, perform daily cash handling and deposits, and oversee store financials. Provide leadership and feedback to motivate the team to excel. Open availability is required for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, possess a personal vehicle for bank deposits, and have a Food Safety Certification. Weekly pay, 401(k), and paid time off are available.
Required Qualifications
- Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years old
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
- Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
