Manage overall store operations and achieve company goals by providing positive customer representation, greeting guests, and resolving issues promptly. Supervise general operations including opening and closing the store, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining cleanliness across the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor areas. Oversee associate training, audits, and reporting while monitoring competitor activity and implementing Standard Operating Procedures. Partner with the General Manager on store operations, participate in weekly management meetings, and communicate issues to the Store Support Center. Ensure Loss Prevention, Safety, and Audit success through preventative maintenance and repairs.
