Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Operations oversees store operations, customer service, and the execution of company directives. Responsibilities include supervising store operations, opening/closing, managing cashiering functions, training and hiring associates, scheduling, ensuring loss prevention, safety, and audits, coordinating with the General Manager and Merchandising, implementing SOPs, maintaining inventory and back stock levels, and leading store performance improvements through effective leadership and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- Previous retail management experience preferred
- Hardware experience preferred
