Assistant Manager Store (07967)

Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards. Count inventory and supplies, ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards, and perform cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment. Efficiently supervise employees, interview, hire, and onboard new team members, and rotate commissary deliveries. Minimum 18 years old, reliable transportation, and full-time work availability required. Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus. Be able to work with minimal supervision, motivate and build solid, cohesive teams, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
