Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in leading the retail team and overseeing day-to-day operations at a STIIIZY dispensary. Responsibilities include building a healthy team culture, inspiring growth and development, mentoring staff, executing precise inventory control and cash handling, driving sales targets, ensuring compliance with local/state regulations, resolving customer/employee issues professionally, and maintaining HR processes and documentation. The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
