Job Summary
Lead the retail team and oversee day-to-day operations by fostering a culture of teamwork, setting a prime example of professionalism, and executing daily tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with the General Manager to train and mentor staff, manage inventory control to minimize shrinkage, and oversee cash handling procedures including register reconciliation. Drive sales by analyzing performance metrics, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while mediating customer and employee conflicts. Work full-time on-site for up to 40 hours per week with mandatory meetings on Mondays through Wednesdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management
- Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times
- Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Be in office/on-site up to forty (40) hours per week
- Overtime will be required depending on business needs
- Mandatory District meetings are held for 1.5 hour every Mondays or Tuesdays
- Mandatory Store meetings are held for up to 1.5 hours every Tuesdays or Wednesdays
