Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for leading retail operations and sales excellence, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving partner relationships and business growth, and developing talent through hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching. Responsibilities include customer experience leadership, sales leadership and planning using metrics, team development and performance management, operational excellence including health and safety, asset protection, privacy, and brand standards, and maintaining effective communication to ensure aligned execution of sales and customer engagement tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail management experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer- and sales-focused approach
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
