Job Summary
Take the helm when the General Manager is away, motivating team members to deliver their best and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Create warm welcomes for guests and adapt to customer feedback to maintain high standards. Oversee the consistent production of quality food offerings and support the full team, including Front and Back of House, during peak times. Keep admin and cash management systems ticking along while recognizing when team members need help. This role involves supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager at the newly re-opened Pedn Olver landmark hotel. With training starting in April, you will develop into a future General Manager while enjoying 30% off food and drink, plus a bonus scheme and career progression opportunities.
