Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager at The Shipwrights pub in Padstow, Cornwall. You’ll lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of guest experiences, oversee and support Front and Back of House during peak times, ensure consistent quality food offering in partnership with the Kitchen Team, maintain health and safety standards, and manage admin and cash handling when the General Manager is away. You’ll provide development and coaching to staff, act as a role model, help drive service excellence, and support readiness for progression to General Manager.
