Lead the Mill on the Exe during General Manager absences by motivating teams, overseeing food production, and managing admin and cash systems. Create warm guest welcomes, monitor customer feedback to maintain standards, and support Front and Back of House staff during peak times. Ensure health and safety compliance while acting as a role model for development. This role offers 30% food and drink discounts, 50% pub stay rates, a bonus scheme, and flexible working.
