Job Summary

Assistant Manager - Sponsorship Sales (Live Events): Prospect and research potential sponsors, develop sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to sponsors’ needs, present opportunities to prospects, negotiate sponsorship agreements, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill benefits and activations, and track sales metrics including pipeline status and revenue projections. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to expand opportunities; travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years of sponsorship sales in the events or entertainment industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed
