Job Summary
Oversee daily car wash facility operations by assisting the Site Manager with shift scheduling, inventory management, and enforcing company policies. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality standards, and safety compliance, while maintaining accurate records of sales, incidents, and customer data. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and training staff on protocols and performance expectations. Foster a positive work environment through ongoing coaching and collaboration on employee productivity. Requires flexible hours including weekends, ability to work in extreme weather, and physical stamina for extended standing and movement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in the car wash or service industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
