Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash facility by assisting the Site Manager with scheduling shifts, enforcing company policies, and monitoring inventory levels. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality standards, and safety compliance while maintaining accurate records of sales reports, incidents, and customer data. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and training staff on protocols and performance expectations. Partner with management to foster a collaborative environment and meet financial targets through expense monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in the car wash or service industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
