Build sales to meet company goals while managing costs, control inventory, and monitor Profit and Loss statements to control line items and complete store reports. Train and develop competent team members, utilize tools to develop weekly schedules, and communicate National Promotions. This role requires Food Management Experience, experience managing others, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Schedule consists of days, nights, and weekends.
