Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team in Chelmsford to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI targets. Drive selling techniques and product recommendations, manage rota coverage for high footfall hours, support store operations and policy compliance, coach the team on customer service and selling skills, and own in-store visual presentation and brand standards. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, resolving staffing queries, managing daily tasks, analysing performance against KPIs, implementing commercial ideas to improve store performance, handling cash and opening/closing duties, and maintaining a positive, autonomous leadership presence in the manager’s absence.
