Job Summary
Assist in hiring, training and development of hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff; ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere across Sonny’s location; serve as the go-to resource for team members and address individual needs and concerns; provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shift operations; oversee hourly performance through follow-up and communication; respond to immediate store needs and ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience; execute store policies and programs; must be able to work at least 45 hours per week and be flexible for peak seasons; require English proficiency, report writing, and computer skills; two years of restaurant management experience; strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years restaurant management experience
- Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or restaurant employees
- Proficient in using computers to include use of the Microsoft Office programs
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills
