Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations, train and support Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops, and direct staff to ensure quality food service in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards, enforcing policies, handling opening/closing duties, monitoring staffing and inventory levels, managing food cost controls, completing weekly inventories, maintaining required records, and fostering a customer-service focused environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to multi-task and work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
- Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
