Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations, train and support Team/Carhops and Skating Carhops, direct and assign staff to meet service standards, enforce policies, perform opening/closing duties, manage staffing, inventory and food cost, complete weekly inventory, handle administrative duties, and foster a customer-service focused environment. Requires irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; effective communication, basic math and computer skills; ability to multi-task and follow directions; maintain appearance and hygiene standards; leadership to motivate and develop team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
