Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in restaurant operations and train/support staff to ensure quality food served in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Lead and coach team members, supervise opening/closing duties, manage staffing and inventory, monitor food cost control, and reinforce a customer-service mindset to deliver a great guest experience at SONIC Drive-In.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required
- Experience running shifts without supervision
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
