Assistant Manager

Assist the General Manager in managing SONIC Drive-In operations and training/coaching Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure quality food, a clean and safe environment, and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include directing and assigning staff, enforcing policies, handling opening/closing duties, managing staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control, completing weekly inventory, maintaining required documentation, and reinforcing customer service. Requires ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays; effective communication; basic math, reading and computer skills; and a willingness to uphold appearance and hygiene standards.
