Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Drive-In in conjunction with the General Manager to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff while resolving employee concerns and celebrating team successes. Manage profit and loss statements to exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly expectations by using metrics to evaluate performance. Maintain safety and sanitation standards while complying with all federal, state, and local laws. Demonstrate a fair, firm, and fun leadership approach by setting clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, and sharing the purpose behind tasks. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support the franchise's independent business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience
- Prior management experience
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- restaurant or retail industry highly preferred
- Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
