Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations at a SONIC Drive-In, train and support other employees to ensure quality food, safety, cleanliness, and an enjoyable guest experience. Responsible for directing and coaching Team Members and Carhops, monitoring staffing and inventory, handling opening/closing duties, maintaining records, and upholding policies. Focus on customer service, resolving guest requests and complaints, and contributing to achieving drive-in goals with strong leadership and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required
- Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy; multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
