Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis for solar PV assets. Monitor systems via advanced platforms to identify defects, optimize output, and troubleshoot technical faults while coordinating timely resolutions. Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for parts replacement, ensuring accurate documentation in NetSuite. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for clients and stakeholders, while collaborating with subcontractors to deliver operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements including LGC submissions. Candidates must be Filipino citizens with 5+ years in solar asset management and knowledge of monitoring tools like VCOM and SCADA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Candidates must be Filipino citizens living in the Philippines
- 100% Onsite (Eastwood, Quezon City)
- Shifting, Not fixed
