Job Summary
Lead and manage drive-in operations during assigned shifts, directing, coaching, and assigning employees while maintaining optimal staffing levels. Handle guest and employee issues, monitor food, labor, and inventory to ensure cost-control and quality standards, and perform station duties across all areas as needed. Complete opening and closing procedures, enforce company policies and legal compliance, and execute cleaning, sanitation, and food preparation tasks. Requires minimum 30 hours weekly with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Regular attendance

- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws; EEO laws, etc.)
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
