Job Summary
Lead drive-in operations during assigned shifts by training, managing, directing, and coaching employees while overseeing staffing levels and handling guest or employee escalations. Execute opening and closing duties, monitor food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and efficiency, and perform all station duties including fountain, grill, expeditor, and drive-thru tasks as needed. Complete regular cleaning and sanitation duties such as trash disposal, mopping, dishwashing, and equipment sanitizing. Assist with record preparation and ensure compliance with all company policies, federal, state, and local laws regarding labor, employment, and health and safety. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays for a minimum of 30 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws; EEO laws, etc.)
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Regular attendance
- Minimum of 30 hours per week

- Holidays
- Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
