Job Summary
Assist with leading and managing the drive-in’s operations and employees during an assigned shift. Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees; oversee staffing, opening/closing duties, and guest/employee issue escalation. Monitor drive-in food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and quality standards; ensure compliance with laws and company policies; perform station duties across fountain, grilled items, expeditor, and drive-thru as needed; maintain sanitation and regular cleaning; and support routine records and overall guest experience. Minimum 30 hours per week with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
