Job Summary
Assist in leading and managing drive-in operations during shifts, training and directing drive-in staff, and ensuring an optimal guest experience. Manage staffing levels, perform opening/closing duties, and escalate guest or employee concerns. Monitor costs by overseeing food, labor, and inventory, maintain records, ensure policy compliance, and uphold federal/state/local laws. Perform station duties as needed to meet operational standards and maintain sanitation across areas while maintaining regular attendance. Requires minimum 30 hours/week with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: at least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
- Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws; EEO laws)
- Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations
- Basic computer, math, and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills
