Job Summary
Assist the General Manager with planning, directing, and managing hospitality, safety, cleanliness, kitchen, and bar operations. Handle hiring, orientation, training, and development of restaurant employees while resolving guest complaints and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Manage performance reviews, schedule shifts, oversee payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting including P&L statements and inventory control. Direct cleanliness programs, manage vendor relationships, and execute local grassroots marketing to build sales and brand integrity. Maintain facility maintenance, safety standards, and food safety protocols while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age at the time the job offer is made
- At least two years of basic restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
- preferably at least two years of experience in fast-casual dining
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications, including use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Successfully completed the Hooters Manager In Training program
