Job Summary
Manage various operational areas including hospitality, safety, cleanliness, and kitchen/bar functions to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently per company standards. Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of staff while resolving guest complaints and enforcing responsible alcohol service protocols. Oversee financial reporting, inventory control, and profit-and-loss statements alongside scheduling shifts and managing vendor relationships. Conduct internal standards audits, execute marketing promotions, and maintain facility cleanliness and safety. This role supports the General Manager in building sales and ensuring brand integrity across the Hooters Girl image.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age at the time the job offer is made
- At least two years of basic restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
- preferably at least two years of experience in fast-casual dining
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications, including use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Successfully completed the Hooters Manager In Training program
