Job Summary
Manage hospitality, safety, cleanliness, kitchen, and bar operations to ensure efficient execution per company policy. Assist with hiring, orientation, training, and development of restaurant staff while resolving guest complaints and enforcing responsible alcohol service. Direct employee performance, schedule shifts, and handle payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. Execute promotions, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and oversee facility maintenance. Build sales, increase profits, and ensure guest satisfaction and brand integrity. Requires two years of fast-casual restaurant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and completion of the Hooters Manager In Training program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age at the time the job offer is made
- At least two years of basic restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications, including use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Successfully completed the Hooters Manager In Training program
