Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, executing sales promotions, managing the register functions, assisting in visual merchandising, and driving sales to exceed goals. Required skills include strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and retail experience. Must be 18 years or older with at least 2 years of retail leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift between 15-30 pounds
