Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring the store meets company standards for cleanliness and effective sales promotions. You will process register functions, maintain merchandise presentation, and communicate operational goals to maximize team contributions. You must demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability while assisting in training associates. Key qualifications include at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift between 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Strong customer service skills
