Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness standards, processing register functions, and executing sales/promotions. You will assist in training staff, directing merchandise presentation, and achieving sales goals. The role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in retail leadership and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills

- College degree

- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
