Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will assist in maintaining store cleanliness and executing promotions. Responsibilities include managing register functions, communicating operational goals, training associates, and ensuring sales targets are met. Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to lead a team and solve problems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- College degree (a plus but not required)
