Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at SNIPES, you will manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring cleanliness, executing sales promotions, processing register functions, and maintaining merchandise presentation. You will assist in driving sales and profitability, monitoring team performance, and training associates. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities, with a passion for youth culture and the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- College degree
