Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, assisting with sales promotions, processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation, communicating customer needs, and achieving sales goals. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
