Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will fully manage store staff and operations during the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales/promotions, processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation, driving sales and profitability, and training associates. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail leadership experience, possesses strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and is enthusiastic about the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Strong problem solving skills
