Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the store’s staff and operations, assisting the Store Manager in ensuring cleanliness and the successful setup of sales/promotions. Responsibilities include processing register functions, maintaining merchandise presentation, assisting with markdowns, driving sales, and training associates. Must possess strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset, with a minimum requirement of 2 years in retail leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
