Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring store cleanliness, setting up sales/promotions, processing register functions, assisting in merchandise presentation, and driving sales profitability. You will help monitor individual performance and ensure compliance with company policies. Key skills include customer service, strong problem-solving capabilities, and leadership qualities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or in retail leadership
- College degree
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
